This 11-week program is designed to expand your knowledge and help you build stronger skills within the dance industry landscape. Whether you want to plan events, perform on theatre stages, or strengthen your employability skills, this incubator gives you resources and tools to grow!

• Financial literacy

• Strength & conditioning for longevity
• Freestyling, performance & storytelling
• Music-dance connection & interpretive skills

The 2026 cohort will get a $3000 grant to plan an event as a collective.

This program is for dancers aged 16-29 who are serious about investing into their careers. You must be available for the full 11 weeks to register.
