The AB Street Dance Incubator is designed to bridge the gap between raw talent and professional development. Tailored for intermediate to advanced artists across Alberta (including Calgary, Edmonton, and Red Deer), this program provides the structured guidance and industry connections needed to build a sustainable career in the arts.

Program Highlights:

Grant & Funding Acquisition: Receive step-by-step support on applying for arts grants to fund travel, presentations, and events. Featuring guest speaker Dennis Lee (Alcove Center for the Arts).

$3,000 Mentorship Grant: Participants will develop their artistic portfolios and pitches, with the opportunity for one group to be awarded a $3,000 Unity event mentorship grant.

Career Crossover Masterclasses: Engage with industry leaders through panel discussions and sessions exploring studio teaching, project management, creative entrepreneurship, and event production.

Digital Content & Documentation: Collaborate with local media experts, videographers, and photographers to record high-quality portfolio showcases and interviews.

By fostering regional collaboration, participants will develop a lasting network of support and professional guidance.

Accessibility: Join us in person at our regional hubs or participate online via our high-quality Twitch livestreams. Knowledge-sharing sessions will be archived for ongoing learning.
